Experience & Background
Eliza is a Research Consultant on Advisory Board’s physician research team. In this role, she leads research for physician executives at large independent medical groups, hospital employed medical groups, health systems, and ambulatory physician organizations. Eliza’s areas of focus include ambulatory access expansion, team-based care, advanced practice provider deployment, engaging physicians in value-based care, and physician partnership strategy.
Prior to joining Advisory Board, Eliza worked as a researcher with the Rwanda Ministry of Health, where she supported projects focused on children’s mental health. Eliza graduated from the University of Virginia with degrees in public policy and foreign affairs.
