Experience & Background
Emily Heuser has been with the Advisory Board since 2013. In her current role of Director of Service Line Research, she works with service line leaders and strategic planners through the Oncology Roundtable and Service Line Strategy Advisor. Her areas of expertise include strategic planning, service line strategy, general surgery, women's services, oncology, and ambulatory services. Previously, Emily led the firm's consumer survey initiative in the Market Innovation Center, where she worked with strategic planners and business developers on topics including primary care strategy, call centers, and consumer strategy and marketing.
Emily has a BS in biology and a BSPH in Environmental Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She lives in Falls Church, VA, with her husband and dog.
