Experience & Background
During her tenure with Advisory Board, Darby has led research teams focused on a range of topics including how health care stakeholders can deliver on population health priorities, advance health equity, and address the social determinants of health. More recently, Darby led Advisory Board’s flagship State of the Industry research that provides executives with a strategic analysis of today’s top policy and industry trends. Today, Darby serves as the Director of Health Equity Research and is leading a year-long study on how organizations can partner to overcome the root causes of behavioral health inequity. She serves as a strategic thought partner to leaders of provider organizations, health plans, and life sciences companies.
