Experience & Background
Darby Sullivan is a consultant with Advisory Board's flagship research team, the Health Care Advisory Board. She serves as a thought partner to health system leaders to meet their strategic goals with actionable and sustainable solutions. Her research expertise spans population health priorities including addressing social determinants of health, managing chronic conditions, and supporting patient engagement.
Outside of her core responsibilities, Darby is passionate about advancing health equity research that addresses the structural root causes of injustice.
Prior to joining the Advisory Board, Darby graduated from Boston College with a major in International Studies, focusing on Ethics and International Social Justice, and a minor in Women's and Gender Studies.
