Experience & Background
Jocelyn Herrington is the Vice President of Research Partner at Advisory Board. She brings more than 15 years’ experience working with health care providers to this role, where she oversees all aspects of the Partner business, including program strategy, delivery, and operations.
Before joining the Research team, Jocelyn served the provider market in both commercial and consulting delivery roles. She has led hospital revenue cycle engagements across the country, and served as a thought partner for hospital and health system executives who are looking to draw insight from their data to drive market growth and reduce care variation.
Prior to joining the Advisory Board in 2013, Jocelyn worked as an attorney and claims examiner, defending and managing professional liability litigation against health care providers. She received her Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Rutgers University, her Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School, and her Master of Health Administration from George Mason University. She also studied Comparative Health Systems and Comparative Health Law at the University of Oxford.
