Sophia is a senior analyst for the HR Advancement Center within Advisory Board’s Research division. Prior to joining the HR Advancement Center, she conducted research for the Revenue Cycle Advancement Center, Advisory Board’s program for hospital revenue cycle leaders.
Her areas of expertise include benchmarking and workforce planning, rural recruitment and retention, employee engagement, and workforce diversity, equity and inclusion. She is passionate about promoting health equity and supporting HR leaders to create a more equitable and sustainable health care workforce.
Sophia graduated from American University in Washington, D.C. with a bachelor’s degree in public health.
