Tabiya is a senior analyst for the Health Plan Advisory Council within Advisory Board Research. In her work with health plans, she has led research on health plan strategy, telehealth and value-based care.
Tabiya’s areas of expertise include telehealth, employer sponsored insurance, health care startups, value-based care payment models, health plan design and Covid related strategy for health plans.
Prior to joining the Advisory Board, Tabiya worked in the health tech field at a startup health insurance company. She also has a background in non-profit community health initiatives and state Medicaid policy. Tabiya graduated from The College of New Jersey with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and minors in Economics, Public Health and Women’s and Gender Studies.
