Caroline Romanoff serves as an associate director with Advisory Board Survey Solutions, a comprehensive suite of interactive survey and change management tools focused on enhancing employee and provider engagement. In this capacity, Caroline oversees a team of consulting analysts responsible for collaborating with members to navigate the web-based reporting tool, identify top improvement opportunities, and drive performance improvement. She collaborates and guides executive level members in change management and engagement strategy.
Caroline’s background is centered in technology implementation and change management. Prior to her role as associate director, she served as a senior technology consultant to 15 university systems, leading the strategic implementation of a campus-wide advising technology and as a human resources specialist and organizational development consultant within the District of Columbia Department of Employment Services.
Caroline received her bachelor of arts degree in anthropology and history from the College of William and Mary.
