Experience & Background
Erin Lanahan is the interim leader of the Philanthropy Leadership Council. She currently oversees the 2023 research agenda covering CDO leadership and evolving development ally engagement.
Erin brings nearly 20 years of experience within healthcare philanthropy, grant making, and community health. Her research focus areas include grateful patient fundraising, sustainable development strategy, health equity, performance management, and community health investment.
Erin holds a Bachelor’s in History from Yale University and an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles. She lives with her husband and daughter in California. In her free time, she enjoys baking French pastry.
