Isis Monteiro is a researcher with Advisory Board International and is based in Washington, D.C.
Her areas of expertise include global health care policy, systemness, site of care shifts, alternative models of care, and nursing. During her tenure at Advisory Board, Isis served on the client management team for Canadian and Latin American members, the US-based nursing operations team, and on the international strategy research team.
After graduating from the College of William & Mary with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Isis moved to D.C. to intern at the Library of Congress. She is particularly interested in issues of health equity and learning how different jurisdictions around the world are striving to improve care quality and access for their patient populations.
