Max is a senior analyst for the Health Plan Advisory Council — a strategic research membership for health plan executives. Max’s work focuses on the relationships between health plans and their various partners—members, providers, purchasers, and vendors.
In his work with health plans, Max has led research on member engagement, behavioral health, commercial benefit design, digital health, and Medicaid managed care. Max also regularly conducts national surveys of health plans, healthcare providers, and consumers to gauge the latest market trends and generate insights.
Max graduated from the University of Richmond with a with a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Studies and Leadership Studies.
