Experience & Background
Taylor Hurst is a Director on the Advisory Board’s physician research team. In this role, she oversees the Physician Executive Council, the firm’s membership for physician executives.
Through her role, Taylor collaborates with physician executives to bridge the gap between strategy and execution, with a focus on change management and physician engagement. Her areas of expertise include physician leadership, provider burnout, care team redesign, and patient experience. Her most recent research focuses on how executives can foster workforce recovery during a crisis and establish sustainable clinical leadership roles.
Before joining the Advisory Board, Taylor completed her MPH from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health where she worked on research on improving the quality and access of services. She holds a BS in health sciences from The College of William and Mary.
