As the Covid-19 pandemic has progressed across and within geographies, health care systems have had to make dramatic adjustments to how they deliver care. Consumers have also adjusted how they interact with the health care system—both due to mandates from provider organizations and evolving personal preferences.
To shed light on exactly how Covid-19 has impacted consumer behavior, lifestyle, and health care preferences, we surveyed more than 7,000 adult consumers aged 18-93. These two reports highlight the most important—and surprising—ways consumer preferences have changed.
