2022 clinician survey data book

Workers’ attitudes towards their jobs and their employers have changed. Amid insufficient staffing and years of challenging Covid-era patient care, many clinicians expect more from their employers. Leaders across the industry need to know what clinicians are thinking and how they are making career decisions in order to recruit, retain, and support the frontline talent they need.

We surveyed 1,000+ frontline clinicians across the country for our 2022 Clinician Survey. The data book provides key findings and analysis as well as a more detailed overview of the survey results.
